2. Use License & Digital Access
Purchase of the NomadOS™ Vault grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user license to download and use the provided digital assets (Lightroom Presets, Reels hooks, Notion planning guides) for your personal and professional social media channels.
You agree not to:
- Resell, distribute, sub-license, copy, share, or lease the digital files to any third party.
- Represent the templates as your own creations for commercial resale.
- Upload the presets or ebooks to shared public directories.
3. Disclaimer
The materials on NomadOS's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. NomadOS™ makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
Further, NomadOS™ does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.
